PURPOSE: A cultivation method of bean sprouts using mixed pills of green tea and ganoderma lucidum is provided to remove the bad smell of the bean sprouts, and to improve the quality of the bean sprouts. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of bean sprouts using mixed pills of green tea and ganoderma lucidum comprises the following steps: mixing 60~100parts of greet tea powder by weight and 5~40parts of ganoderma lucidum powder by weight, and 100parts of glutinous rice glue by weight to make mixed pills; adding 0.2~1wt% of mixed pills to beans, and soaking the beans with water; and cultivating the beans inside a cultivation container. |
