PURPOSE: An apparatus for an efficient user selection in downlink multi-user MIMO(Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) system is provided to apply a user selection process to a user with high possibility of being selected. CONSTITUTION: A candidate user group selector(22) selects a user group with high possibility of being selected using a channel power of the total users. A final user group selector(23) selects the user in an SDMA(Space Division Multiple Access) group using a channel information in the candidate user group. A feedback controller(24) receives a channel power, and channel information from the corresponding user through feedback.
