FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: metal dowel to fix heat insulation material to bearing foundations of buildings and structures comprises leg in the form of hollow cylindrical rod with longitudinal cut arranged along its whole length, and head in the form of disk with central hole, fixed on one of leg ends. On surface of other end of leg on section of its length, equal to depth of leg entry into bearing base, at side opposite to longitudinal cut, there are grooves provided. Central hole of head has cylindrical flanging inserted into cylindrical cavity of leg with tension. Specified grooves, preferably, have oval shape.
