PURPOSE: An OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) optical transmitter is provided to guarantee SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) among OFDM carriers. CONSTITUTION: A signal converting unit(130) controls is the amplitude of a signal according to each signal location in a plurality of data signals. A signal transducer outputs time domain signal. The signal transducer comprises a signal amplitude adjusting unit(131) and an IFFT(Inverse Fast Fourier Transform) part(132). The signal amplitude control part controls the amplitude of data signal. The IFFT part changes data signal in which the amplitude is controlled into the time domain signal.
