Soft capsule contg. ginseng ext. is prepd. Thus, ginseng is extd. with 70 wt.% EtOH and concentrated under vaccum to give the concd. ginseng exts. (H2O, 36±2 wt.%). This is mixed with wheatgearm oil, heated at 55-60≦̸C, homogenized with monoglycoride deriv., screened with 100 mesh of sieve, and deaerated under vaccum. The mixts. is packed into a gelatinous capsule by common method to give final product.
