<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic wind instrument, having a form similar to a flute or the like, and generating musical sound with suitable note and timbre according to a performance form peculiar to the flute. <P>SOLUTION: A first breath sensor 35 and a second breath sensor 26 disposed at the end face of a hole 16 provided in a mouthpiece 14 are disposed along the radial direction of a section of the body of the electronic wind instrument 10. A CPU 21 designates a sound source part 27 to generate musical sound of a note specified based on the operating conditions of a plurality of key switches 31, 32 constituting a key switch part 24 at a sound volume level based on the sensor values of the first breath sensor and the second breath sensor. The CPU 21 designates the sound source part 27 to generate musical sound of note higher by one octave than the note based on the operating condition of the key switch when the first sensor value of the first breath sensor 35 is larger than the sensor value of the second breath sensor 36 by a predetermined amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
