PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mold wherein a decorative sheet is moderately sucked in without generating the air leakage due to a pressure reduction in an absorption step to a cavity surface of the decorative sheet due to the reduced pressure suction. SOLUTION: The mold has a clamp device 4 for fixing the decorative sheet 63 fed between the molds to A mold 2, a clamp member 41 is biased to the direction wherein a sheet contact surface 42 is directed to a sealing surface 23 by a spring 44, a mounting groove 24 is formed on the sealing surface, and an elastic sealing member 25 is mounted to the mounting groove. An abutting member 50 projecting by the distance of 0.5 mm or more and 0.7 mm or less is mounted to the sheet contact surface 42 and the closest approach gap d54 between the sheet contact surface and the sealing surface is restricted.
