PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition that has two functions at the same time, namely, obscuring any unevenness on the skin surface such as pores, fine wrinkles, etc., and having ultraviolet prevention effects. SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition includes (a) 1.0-30.0 mass% of cross-linking type organopolysiloxane polymer, (b) 0.1-3.0 mass% of butylmethoxydibenzoylmethane, (c) tribehenin and (d) one or more liquid oils selected from dimethicone, methyltrimethicone, caprylyl methicone, didecene, polydecene, isododecane, isohexadecane and neopentanoic acid ester.
