PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen treatment device that determines propriety of supply of specimens and the presence or absence of a change in a dispensing destination of specimens and dispenses with sorting work of supplied specimens and work for changing specimen request information according to prescribed time, inspection items, and a state of an analyzer. SOLUTION: The specimen treatment device includes a control mechanism for controlling a transfer line so that specimen vessels are conveyed to a specimen storage unit by reserving dispensing work in dispensing units or the specimen vessels are conveyed to the dispensing unit, based on at least time information in specimen treatment devices for pretreating biological samples, such as blood and urine.
