PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete product carrying and placing device having greatly improved controllability and handling property. SOLUTION: The concrete product carrying and placing device includes a travelling operation part 10 having a pair of rear wheels 12, a concrete product handling part 20 connected to the front part of the travelling operation part, and having a main frame 21 having a telescopic frame 22 and an up-and-down movable table 24 mounted on the main frame, and a ride-over mechanism 30 provided movably up and down at the front end of the handling part, and having a front wheel 41. The main frame is turnably connected to the front part of the travelling operation part so that the pair of rear wheels and the front wheel can be self-propelled and steered.
