PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording head and a recorder capable of suppressing blurring in printing. SOLUTION: The recording head is composed by disposing a head base body 10 having a heating element array where a plurality of heating elements 13a are arranged in an array on an upper surface on a radiator 40, and bonding a portion opposed to the heating element array on a lower surface of the head base body 10 to the radiator 40 through a belt-like adhesive layer 16 extending in the arranging direction of the heating elements 13a.
