A hearing aid (10) comprises a main body (11) that can be latched to the upper part of the base of the user's auricle, and is continuous to the rear of said base, the main body (11) having two main faces (12, 13) that are opposite the user's head and auricle and face in mutually opposite directions, a side face (14) that is adjacent to the two main faces (12, 13) and is exposed on the rear side of the user's ear and the upper side of the user's ear, a plurality of microphone holes (16, 17) that are disposed in a space (15) near the upper end of each of the main faces (12, 13) in a usage state, a battery cover (18) that is provided to the side face (14) and can be opened and closed, and convex portions (19, 20) provided to the main faces (12, 13) in the space (15) portion.
