The invention relates to a device (D) for dehumidifying a food liquid (M), including a chamber (100) in which a flow of dry air is generated, characterized in that said chamber (100) includes a first so-called upper tray (200), a second so-called lower tray (300) placed below the first, the flow of dry air being directed toward the two trays, the first tray (200) having a plurality of through-openings (220), through each of which a flow wire or rods (400) passes, such that the food liquid (M) placed in the upper tray (200) flows by means of gravity along said wires (400) while being subjected to the flow of dry air, and is deposited in the lower tray (300). The invention can be used for dehumidifying food liquids such as honey. |
