<p>The method involves clamping an assembly group consisting of a retaining body (16), a nozzle body (18) and a nozzle clamping nut (14) of a high pressure loaded component (10) i.e. fuel injector, between an adapter and a support for a support shoulder of the nozzle clamping nut in a clamping device. An axial force is introduced into the assembly group for an autofrettage treatment. An autofrettage pressure of 7 kilo bars is produced inside the assembly group, where the assembly group is subjected by the adapter.</p> |
