摘要 <p>Disclosed are a process for preparing benzaldehyde and benzyl alcohol by multistage oxidation of toluene and related device. The process involves using 0.1-50 ppm mono-metal porphyrin or µ-oxo- bismetalloporphyrin as catalyst, or a mixed catalyst of metal porphyrin and phthalic imidine (or its salt) at weight ratio of 1:20-100 in a reactive separation system consisting of a multistage oxidation reactor with a gas-liquid separator and a side fractionating tower or a fractionating tower system, wherein the reactive temperature is from 80 to 200?; oxidating catalytically toluene into benzaldehyde and benzyl alcohol, wherein toluene is retained for 60-180 minutes in the multistage oxidation reactor; separating gas and liquid; and purifying. Compared with the prior art, the present invention can not only significantly increase the conversion ratio of toluene to be over 95%, but also increase the selectivity of benzaldehyde and benzyl alcohol to be over 50%.</p>
