<p>Provided is a DC-DC converter circuit that enables quick mode switching, as well as more reduction in conduction loss by semiconductors than conventional circuits, and wherein these features enable power conversion efficiency to be improved. The DC-DC converter circuit (10A) is provided with a first to sixth semiconductor switches (S1-S6) and an inductor (L), has all of the first to third semiconductor switches (S1-S3) connected to one end of the inductor (L), has all of the fourth to sixth semiconductor switches (S4-S6) connected to the other end of the inductor (L), has a first voltage source (E1) connected to ends at the opposite-sides of the connecting ends at which the first and fourth semiconductor switches (S1, S4) are connected to the inductor (L), has a second voltage source (E2) connected to ends at the opposite-sides of the connecting ends at which the second and fifth semiconductor switches (S2, S5) are connected to the inductor (L), and has both the first voltage source (E1) and the second voltage source (E2) connected to ends at the opposite-sides of the connecting ends at which the third and sixth semiconductor switches (S3, S6) are connected to the inductor (L).</p> |
