Provided is an automatic medical-inquiry system that promotes the convenience of people subject to medical-inquiries, and a quicker face-to-face medical examination-treatment by doctors, and furthermore, makes medical-care in general more efficient. This automatic medical-inquiry system divides medical-inquiry data into three hierarchies, and transmits medical-inquiry sheets to mobile phones successively, in order to narrow down the symptoms to be assessed in the medical-inquiries. When receiving data inputted with respect to a third medical-inquiry sheet, the automatic medical-inquiry system will read out malady-name / “subject-name of medical examination-treatment" data corresponding to this inputted data, and generate medical-inquiry result data based on this malady-name / “subject-name of medical examination-treatment" data that was read-out.
