PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing a marketing message are provided to efficiently supply a marketing message of a service provider to a user using targeting information related to the user. CONSTITUTION: A bid request receiving unit receives a targeting unit related to a user(104) who will receive a marketing message and a bid request including bid money from a service provider(102). A weighted value assigning unit assigns a weighted value about the bid money based on the targeting unit. A service provider determining unit determines a service provider(102) who provides the marketing message based on the bid money to which the weighted value is assigned. The bid money is a cost to be paid per issuance of the marketing message by the service provider. The bid request receiving unit receives the bid request according to a keyword related to the marketing message.
