<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably reduce vibration from the start of dehydration to stationary high speed rotation. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid balancer 41 provided in a washing and spinning tub 34 includes: a working fluid 44; a plurality of liquid storage chamber 42 for storing the working fluid 44; and a communication path 45 which is formed on the inner periphery side of the fluid balancer 41 to allow the working fluid in the liquid storage chamber 42 to move therein. The working fluid 44 is composed of a first fluid 44a and a second fluid 44b.
