NEW USE OF HISTONE DEACETYLASE INHIBITOR IN CHANGING MRJP3 PROTEIN IN ROYAL JELLY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a bee larva that is at least 100% greater in weight than a control larva.

SOLUTION: Feeding young worker bees a HDAC inhibitor or a mixture of HDAC inhibitors changes a ratio of 68 to 64 kDa protein of MRJP3 in royal jelly secreted by these young worker bees, and feeding bee larvae this royal jelly produces a bee larva, a pupa, and a queen bee greater in size than normal ones.
