<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt guide anchor with a low manufacturing cost automatically removing foreign matter such as trashes adhering to a seat belt, to suppress the slidability deterioration of the seat belt itself. <P>SOLUTION: An occupant side sliding portion 9b<SB>2</SB>of a seat belt sliding portion 9b in a covering plastic 9 on a metal plate 8 is provided with a stepped portion 9e between a first curved surface 9c and a second curved surface 9d, being a different curved surface from the first curved surface 9c and being more recessed than the first curved surface 9c. The corner portion between the stepped portion 9e and the first curved surface 9c is a foreign matter removing portion 9f removing foreign matter adhering to the seat belt 4. The seat belt slides in contact with the foreign matter removing portion 9f while the seat belt is wound up.
