<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail for a doorway, which enables an aged person etc. to safely get into/out of the doorway at ease. <P>SOLUTION: This handrail for the doorway includes vertical and horizontal handrails 3 and 4 which are provided adjacently to each other on the door end side of a door 1 for the doorway; the vertical handrail 3 is provided from above to below the horizontal handrail 4; the horizontal handrail 4 protrudes to front further than the vertical handrail 3, and surrounds an intermediate portion of the vertical handrail; and at least the side of the door 1 is formed into an approximate arc shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
