PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of a fluid guide means and reduce the number of valves by mounting a change-over means by which pressure of working fluid acts alternatively on the primary and secondary pistons connected to a common output mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Primary and secondary pistons 21 and 22 are slidably placed in series with each other inside a cylinder 20. A slide rod 23 and the secondary piston 22 are connected to a crank 26 each other via primary and secondary connecting members 27 and 28. Fluid guide means 31-33 make working fluid pass through the cylinder 20. The target element on which the pressure of working fluid acts is changed by the primary and secondary valves 36 and 37 between the primary and secondary pistons 21 and 22. The constitution of the parts between the fluid guide means 31-33 can thus be simplified and the number of valves which are to control the flow direction of working fluid can be reduced.
