PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein introduction of telephone sets in accordance with the quantity of extension numbers is necessary in a private telephone exchange system and, when transfer is required due to absence of a callee upon an incoming call, a responder must input a transfer destination phone number. SOLUTION: Upon an incoming call to a private telephone exchange system, all telephone sets are rung regardless of an extension number transmitted by a caller, thereby it is not necessary to make the quantity of extension numbers correspond to the quantity of telephone sets; and the incoming call is transferred to a transfer destination such as a previously-registered mobile phone at the disconnection of the incoming call during the absence of the callee, thereby the need of input work of the transfer destination phone number by a responder is obviated.
