PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation system, a multiple signature method, and a multiple signature program, capable of expressing a tree structure and efficiently giving efficient electronic signatures with an order. SOLUTION: The multiple signature system includes one or more low-order nodes B configured by at least one layer and the highest-order node C in the tree structure, and verification key information or order-given multiple signature information is calculated by computation between two nodes continuing (adjacent) in the tree structure. The multiple signature system A sums each piece of verification key information and order-given multiple signature information which are calculated on a node lower by one layer with a node of higher by one layer, discloses information obtained by adding verification key information indicating the highest-order node C to the sum of the verification key information of each node as verification key information of the entire tree structure, and discloses information obtained by adding the signature information indicating the highest-order node C to the sum of order-given multiple signature information of each node as the order-given multiple signature information of the entire tree structure.
