PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of suppressing occurrence of display failure. SOLUTION: The display device includes an array substrate 200 including pixel electrodes 250, disposed in a display region 120 on an insulating substrate 210; a common electrode 510 disposed in a nondisplay region 130 on the insulating substrate 210; an insulating film 534 covering the common electrode 510; and an electrode pad 520, which is disposed on the insulating film 534 and has a contact part 520X, electrically connected to the common electrode 510 via a contact hole 520CH penetrating the insulating film 534; a counter substrate 300, including a counter electrode 350 facing the pixel electrodes 250 and facing the electrode pad 520; a sealing member 110 covering the contact part 520X and adhering the array substrate 200 to the counter substrate 300; and a conductive member 700 electrically connecting the electrode pad 520 to the counter electrode 350.
