PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of an image forming apparatus that gives an insufficient warning when only a warning label is attached to a fixing part. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus (1) includes a paper conveying unit (P1) configured to convey paper, an image forming unit (20) configured to form an image on the paper, a fixing unit (40) configured to generate heat for fixing the image on the paper, and a lighting unit (70) configured to irradiate the fixing unit with red light.
