PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable input/confirmation of barcode numbers while referring to information required for input, and further to enable an operator to re-throw input specimens without going to a conveyance part by displaying appearance of the specimens photographed by a photographing part at an input part without causing the operator to go to the conveyance part to fetch the specimens that have been carried out because of factors, such as a barcode read error. SOLUTION: Photographing information of the appearance that has been photographed including specimen labels is managed by a CCD camera at a photographing part. By allowing the operator to simultaneously refer to appearance information and failure contents of the specimens photographed by the photographing part on a registration screen of an input part (operation terminal), a failure situation of barcode read is removed simply by work at the input part.
