PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing material that can sufficiently protect fruits and vegetables, manufacture a packing box corresponding to the forms and characteristics of the fruits and vegetables easily and at low cost, and allow one to easily classify the packing box which has become a waste. SOLUTION: The packing material includes a paper board material 11 having a thickness of 1 to 8 mm, and a sheet-shaped buffering material 13 adhering to the entire surface of the paper board material 11 via a weak adhesive 12.
