PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training apparatus for practice swing, which allows a user to experience a soft feeling by reducing a vibration and an impact when training the practice swing. SOLUTION: The training apparatus A for practice swing includes: a shaft 2; a grip 4 arranged at the base end of the shaft 2; a hit member 1 fixed to the front end of the shaft 2; and a hitting member 3 movably arranged in the shaft 2 in the axial direction. When the practice swing is performed by gripping the grip 4, the hitting member 3 is moved along the axis of the shaft 2 toward the front end thereby to collide with the hit member 1. Thus, the user experiences impact force, hitting sound, feeling, and realistic sensation in actually hitting a ball or the like.
