PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody plate having anti-allergic properties which is excellent in scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and gloss change resistance and almost does not need repair with wax. SOLUTION: In the woody plate having the anti-allergic properties, a plate-shaped woody base material and a functional layer which is arranged on the maximal surface of the woody base material and formed from a single layer or a plurality of layers are provided, and a layer constituting the surface of the functional layer contains an anti-allergic agent. The layer constituting the surface of the functional layer is a coating film of at least 5 μm in thickness which is formed by applying and curing a curable resin composition containing the anti-allergic agent, a urethane acrylate resin, and α-alumina powder having an average particle size of 1-10 μm and/or fine silica particles having an average particle size of 3-12 μm as a reinforcing filler, and the change of glossiness at a measurement angle of 60° before and after steel wool #0000 is reciprocated ten times by sliding under a load of 1 kg on the surface of the coating film is ±5 or below.
