A method for through-bone osteosynthesis of heel bone fracture comprises the introduction of screw rods, spokes and mounting of external fixation apparatus. The spokes are introduced into the front department of I-V instep bones and the front fragment of heel bone, screw rod and spoke are introduced in mutually perpendicular direction through the main back fragment of the heel bone, and all elements of apparatus connection with the bone are fixed in the closed external support after reposition as a frame.
