A method for treatment of patient with retentioned teeth of upper jaw frontal segment, comprising the surgical intervention, transfer of retentioned tooth into occlusion and use of osteotropic material, wgere the retentioned tooth is transferred by single stagefixed in the occlusion by smooth bracket splint, and bone defect is reconstructed by “Gilauost No. 1” osteotropic material.
