The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly liquid snow removal material composition recycling waste glacial acetic acid, and a preparation method thereof, and provides an environmentally friendly liquid non-chloride-based snow removal material composition recycling waste glacial acetic acid which comprises 18-23 wt% of glacial acetic acid, 8-12 wt% of sodium hydroxide, 7-11 wt% of glycerin, 5-10 wt% of potassium hydroxide, 0.7-1.0 wt% of potassium carbonate, 0.3-0.5 wt% of disodium succinate and the balance of water, is low in manufacturing cost, low corrosion and low toxicity. The liquid snow removal material composition of the present invention can recycle waste glacial acetic acid, is remarkably low in cost compared with a known snow removal material, does not corrode metal and concrete structures due to being a liquid non-chloride-based snow removal material, is environmentally friendly because toxification and pollution are not caused even if the liquid snow removal material composition flows into a river or soil, and can prominently carry out functions such as re-freezing prevention due to snow removal and the like even at an extremely low temperature. |
