PURPOSE: A traffic signal on-off method is provided to simultaneously turning on three signs with same color and then turns off one by one as time passes. CONSTITUTION: A traffic signal on-off method uses a discoloration LED bulb. One lamp capable of being turned on with three colors. The three lamps are turned on with same color at the same time, and are turned off one by one.
