<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loan condition output device etc. for outputting a loan condition, capable of avoiding a complicated return scheme with a reduced credit risk in a financial institution, in a loan having a fixed return fund to be applied to contract payment for each due date, such as a loan in which a mold fee to be paid in installments to a component manufacturer for a metal mold for use therein from a component procurement manufacturer is applied to the return fund. <P>SOLUTION: The payment condition of the mold fee to be paid from the component procurement manufacturer to the component manufacturer is input to a computer, along with information related to an interest rate etc. applied to the loan concerned. Then, by applying the mold fee received each time to the loan return fund on each due date, the principal and the interest expense of the loan are calculated so that the received amount equals to a return amount a time for the return of the principal and interest equal payment.
