<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomizing apparatus capable of reducing the size of the apparatus as a whole and saving energy, while maintaining cooling performance for generating dew condensation water on the discharge electrode and to provide a method for manufacturing same. <P>SOLUTION: An electrostatic atomizing apparatus is provided with a plurality of thermoelectric elements 2 of different types, and a discharge electrode 1 causing electrostatic atomization. The discharge electrode 1 has a mounting section 13 having the plurality of the thermoelectric elements 2 of different types mounted thereon. The mounting section 13 is provided with current carrying paths among the plurality of the thermoelectric elements 2 of different types. Thus, the size of the apparatus as a whole is reduced and energy is saved, while maintaining cooling performance for generating dew condensation water on the discharge electrode 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
