<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for preventing questions of the same content from being made when there are a plurality of control processors. <P>SOLUTION: A question acceptance means of an information processor accepts a first question and a second question, the first question being configured of first components to be used by a first control processor and first attributes applied to the first components, and a second question being configured of second components to be used by a second control processor and second attributes applied to the second components. An integrated determination means determines whether to integrate the first question and the second question based on the number of questions configured of the second components which are the same as the first components and the second attributes which are the same as the first attributes between the first questions and the second questions accepted by the question acceptance means.
