PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular cargo bed posture control device which can prevent any cargo damage attributable to the vibration of a cargo bed when a vehicle travels. SOLUTION: A display device 18 is arranged in a vicinity of a driver's seat of a vehicle 1, and informs information on the vertical acceleration of a cargo bed 7 detected by an acceleration sensor 14 to a driver driving the vehicle. An operation switch 16 is arranged in a vicinity of the driver's seat and at the position operable by the driver while driving the vehicle, and the supply/exhaust instruction of air to/from an air spring is input from the driver. An ECU 17, a servo motor 13 and a regulator control the supply/exhaust of air to/from the air spring according to each input when the supply/exhaust instruction of air to/from the air spring is input in the operation switch 16.
