PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably improve working efficiency required for replacement of a punch die by safely replacing a chase and a face plate in a short time. SOLUTION: In this plate punching device, a take-out port for replacement of the punch die is provided in a press part of the plate punching device, and a chase reversing device for replacing the drawn chase is installed outside the take-out port. The chase reversing device makes a pair of support arms reversing in opposed states support on a support. The support arms include chase guides on upper and lower sides.
