PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare a corporation name list useful for business activity of enterprises by utilizing information disclosed on Internet webpages. SOLUTION: An apparatus includes a server 200 which can communicate with Internet and stores a crawl program 300 performing patrol operation on the Internet, a text extraction program 400 for analyzing an HTML page obtained by the crawl program 300 and a merge program 600 for comparing data stored in a database and outputting the comparison result, wherein a database 500 for storing an output result of the text extraction program 400 is connected to the server 200 by a connection cable and an output part 700 is added to the server.
