PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change settings of a clicking pitch based on absolute position without requiring electrical configuration. SOLUTION: A clicking device 1 includes an operation knob 3, a clicking member 6, a clicking piece 19, an operation member 11 for switching clicking pitch, and a gear mechanism 12. The clicking member 6 includes a plurality of unit clicking plates 7 to 10, in a stacked manner, having concave-convex parts 7a to 10a continued from the inner peripheral part and having a doughnut plate-like shape concentric with the rotational center of the operation knob 3. The concave-convex parts 7a to 10a configure a clicking-concave-convex part 6a. One unit clicking plate 7 is fixed and other unit clicking plates 8 to 10 are rotatable relative to the unit clicking plate 7. The clicking piece 19 is longer than the stacked unit clicking plates 7 to 10. When the operation member 11 for switching clicking pitch rotates, a rotation angle of the unit clicking plates 8 to 10 is adjusted via the gear mechanism 12, and a concave-convex arrangement pitch of the clicking-concave-convex part 6a seen from the lamination direction is changed.
