PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adjustment of a guide bar. SOLUTION: A lens barrel includes: a guide shaft for supporting and guiding a holding member, which holds an optical member, so that the holding member is movable; a shaft support part supporting one end of the guide shaft; a projection part projecting on the other end side of the guide shaft in a direction intersecting the axial direction of the guide shaft; a cylindrical member having a cylindrical surface eccentric to the projection part; and a regulation member abutting on the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical member and regulating the movement of the cylindrical member in the direction intersecting the axial direction of the guide shaft.
