PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll fluid machine which reduces the weight of a sliding component such as an Oldham's coupling and improves abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: This scroll fluid machine includes such a structure that the Oldham's coupling 14 having a plurality of projections 14A, 14B between a swirl scroll 13 and a frame 11 and the plurality of projections 14A, 14B are slidably fitted to the swirl scroll 13 and frame 11. At least one of the Oldham's coupling 14, swirl scroll 13 and frame 11 is made of an aluminum, an aluminum alloy or a magnesium alloy base material having an irregular surface, and a coating film 10 having a plurality of pores is further formed on the irregular surface.
