PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic comprising a biosurfactant so as to protect hair from physical and chemical stimulations and impart favorable feelings such as smoothness, moistness and flexibility inherent in healthy hair to hair. SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic comprises (A) the biosurfactant and (B) a tertiary amine compound represented by formula (N) or salt thereof.
