PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate generation of twisting of a cord of a tool even if an extension cord is rolled-up while a plug of the tool is inserted, and to receive electric energization at a work field by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A body part 4 provided with a plug socket for inserting the cord of the tool and its outer peripheral part are made to a structure that a wound part 8 is independently turned through a guide 13. The extension cord drum is made to a structure that electric energization is obtained by inserting the plug 11 from the body part 4 to the plug socket 9 provided on the wound part at rest time of the wound part 8 at the work field utilizing practical characteristic of a drum c that electric energization is not required between the body part 4 and it at turning of the wound part 8.
