PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a toner particle obtained by a wet process, wherein a high-quality toner can be obtained. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the toner particles obtained by the wet process is intended for manufacturing the high-quality toner particles by using a fabric cloth with a predetermined texture formed on a filter fabric used for a belt filter.
