PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical outer conductor coupler that facilitates changing the types of connectors and is miniaturized and made light. SOLUTION: The cylindrical outer conductor coupler includes a high-frequency line, a cylindrical outer conductor disposed around the high-frequency line, and a connector disposed at both ends of the cylindrical outer conductor. In the cylindrical outer conductor coupler, the connector includes a cutout in a center conductor. By sandwiching the high-frequency line by the cutout in the center conductor of the connector, the center conductor of the connector is electrically connected to the high-frequency line. The cylindrical outer conductor coupler includes a first semicircular conductor and a second semicircular conductor which are so provided as to sandwich the high-frequency line inside the cylindrical outer conductor.
