A unit for concentrating (drying) food systems using SHF-heating and vacuuming consists of a SHF-oven, in a working chamber of which a container with a product, an electric drive, a condensate catcher, a vacuum pump are arranged. Inside the working chamber of the SHF-oven a mixer is mounted, and an outlet piping for connecting with the condensate catcher and the vacuum pump is fixed to side surface thereof. |
