A method for identifying pathotypes of causal agent of potato cancer Synchytrium endobioticum (Schilb.) Perc. includes infection of potato variety-differentiator sprouts with known pathotypes of cancer causal agent and analysis thereof. Infection with cancer causal agent pathotypes is performed using summer zoosporangia containing in fresh cancer warts, analysis thereof is carried out after 21 days by infrared spectroscopy with wave length of 1510 nm. |
